This Privacy Policy explains how ELEMENTS CASINO ALCHEMY LTD ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Elements Casino Alchemy app for iPhone and iPad (the "App") and the website at https://elmcasinoalchemy.com (the "Website"). We refer to them together as the "Service."

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Elements Casino Alchemy is a single-player puzzle-collection game built around a slot-machine mechanic. Every spin harvests elemental ingredients instead of paying out prizes. The game is for entertainment only. The Service:

• does not offer real-money gambling, wagers, or bets;
• does not accept deposits, purchases, or payments of any kind;
• does not award cash prizes or anything that can be redeemed for money;
• does not operate a virtual currency that can be bought, sold, or cashed out; and
• is intended only for adults aged 18 and over.

The App does not require an account or sign-in, and it has no online play.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following information on your device only:

• Progress: your Codex, satchel, quests, energy, artifacts, and machine unlocks.
• Settings: your visual theme, haptic feedback, and Calm motion choices.
• Setup flags: whether you have completed the introduction, and whether you have passed the age and play gate. The age you type into the gate is checked on your device and is not kept.

This information is not sent to us, and we cannot see it. Deleting the App removes it from your device. You can also clear your progress from Settings with Reset progress.

3. Information You Send Us

If you email us at support@elmcasinoalchemy.com, we receive your email address, the content of your message, and any details or attachments you include. Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is needed for your request.

We use this information to reply to you, resolve your issue, and keep a record of support requests.

4. Information Collected Automatically

The App contains no analytics, advertising, attribution, or crash-reporting services. It does not collect device identifiers, usage data, or location data.

The Website does not set cookies or tracking technologies of its own (see our Cookie Policy). To display correctly, the Website loads its fonts, icons, styles and scripts from third-party content delivery services: Google Fonts, cdnjs (Font Awesome), unpkg (AOS) and the Tailwind CSS CDN. When your browser downloads these files, those services receive your IP address and standard request details, and their own policies apply to that processing. Our web hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and time of request, to keep the Website running and secure.

5. Permissions

The App asks for camera and photo library access only when you choose to attach a photo, through the standard iOS pickers. Photos you choose stay on your device, and the App does not upload them. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

The in-app rating prompt uses Apple's own system review prompt.

6. How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• respond to your support requests and resolve issues;
• keep the Service secure and working; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We do not use information for advertising, marketing profiles, or automated decisions that have legal effects.

7. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

We may share the content of your emails with service providers that help us run email, and only as needed for that purpose. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users, or in connection with a business transfer described in section 13.

The content delivery services that serve the Website's fonts, icons and scripts are described in section 4. Apple handles App Store downloads, ratings, and related data under its own privacy policy. Our legal pages open from within the App, in an in-app web view that loads our Website.

8. Children and Age

The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. The App includes an age and play gate that must be passed before play.

If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact support@elmcasinoalchemy.com. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, delete the information.

9. Data Retention

Information on your device stays there until you reset your progress or uninstall the App.

Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request and keep reasonable records. They are then deleted or anonymised.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because your progress stays on your device, keeping your device locked and up to date is an important protection.

11. Your Choices and Rights

You can reset your progress, change your settings, revoke camera or photo permissions in iOS Settings, or uninstall the App at any time.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, such as your support emails, by writing to support@elmcasinoalchemy.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights. These can include rights in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and certain U.S. states. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

12. International Transfers

Emails you send us may be processed by our email provider in countries other than your own. Where the law requires safeguards for such transfers, we rely on the mechanisms that the law allows.

13. Business Transfers

If all or part of ELEMENTS CASINO ALCHEMY LTD or the Service is sold, merged, or reorganised, information associated with the Service may be transferred as part of that transaction. The new owner must handle it in line with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, the technologies it uses, or the law changes. We will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Where the law requires it, we will give additional notice of material changes before they take effect.
